Do you offer customization on your products?
Most of our products can be customized for NO Additional Charge.
We offer customization of size or finish (colors or distress) on certain products as well as custom ribbon colors to match your Wedding Event or Home décor color scheme.
****** Cancellations ******
We don’t accept cancellations 24h after purchase. After that time, buyer is responsible for shipping costs as well as returning the item.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
****** Returns & Exchanges ******
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
We want you to be satisfied and happy shopping with us.
If an item you receive is broken or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. You will need to take a picture of the item before we can issue refund or exchange.
In unlikely situation you wish to return your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. A refund or exchange will be issued.
All items must be returned in new condition with their original packaging.
We will issue refund after we receive the item back.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, shipment return costs are under the buyer’s expense.
Refunds due to postage delay are not eligible.
Unclaimed packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be refunded (items cost only) or will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
